Het appartement ligt op de eerste etage. De woonkamer, keuken en eerste slaapkamer bevinden zich op de eerste etage. De badkamer, tweede slaapkamer en zonnig balkon zijn op de bovenste etage. Op ons dakterras heeft U de gehele dag zon en heeft U een mooi uitzicht over Albir.
's nachts kunt u vanaf ons dakterras onder het genot van een drankje de sterren zien stralen. De nederlandse supermarkt en andere winkels bevinden zich op loopafstand. Ook het strand van albir ligt op slechts 10 minuten lopen. Nederlandse TV en WIFI
